I Purchased my Posturepedic Mattress on Sept.2, 2011. And I have not gone without sleep since. This is the best thing that ever happened to me. I have had back surgery and would have to sleep on the floor about 2 weeks a month because of the pain, and so I could get some sleep. Now I sleep all night and get up with no pain anywhere. I recently purchased a bed from your Winston-Salem store on Griffith Road. The salesman, Butch, was really helpful and patient and, I believe, got me the best price I could get anywhere. I would absolutely buy from this store again and would (and have) recommended this store to several friends already. The only downside; I am waiting for delivery today. They were supposed to call by 10 a.m. I just called and they have no idea and they are not even sure where there drivers are. They said they would call back "hopefully" soon. This means I am spending my whole day waiting to hear when the delivery guys are coming - which is a little more than a 2 hour window. - Elizabeth T.
After much research, we purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Cory Hodges at the Greensboro store. Cory is a wonderful spokesperson for Mattress Source. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. My mother has severe back ailments. We are hoping the Tempur-Pedic mattress will alleviate some of her horrific pain. I am happy to write this comment because you have an outstanding customer care in your business. 2 months ago I purchased a mattress and a month later it had a body impression, almost 2 inches deep. I called John Arbenz at the customer care department and explained the situation. He immediately called me back stating inspection will be at my home in 24 hrs. Within 24 hrs I already had inspection and the inspection results were sent to the manufacturer. In a short period of time, John called me back stating that my warranty was approved and I can get my mattress. John, Thank you for great customer care!! One disappointment: We left thinking we would have next day delivery, but had a call waiting for us when we got home telling us they were out of stock and would have to wait 5-7 business days. My salesman was Herb at Mattress Source in Huntersville on route 21. Herb made me feel comfortable right when I stepped in the door and started to look at beds. I never felt like I was rushed or that a sale had to be made before I walked out the door. My husband and I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from the Monroe, NC location about 2 months ago after fighting with our old mattress for who knows how long! We had looked for new mattresses but the problem we had was I weigh 97 lbs and my husband weighs close to 290 lbs.! What worked for him didn't work for me until we found the Temper-Pedic. It is like heaven on earth! Now everytime he moves, I don't get thrown out of the bed. I wake up without one pain and feel so refreshed. And the staff at the Monroe, NC location were fabulous.
