EXTENDED SERVICE POLICY FOR YOUR NEW MATTRESS

The superior quality and craftsmanship of the premium mattresses and foundations sold here allows Mattress Source to offer the purchaser an extension beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period.  The warranty policy extension will add an additional five (5) years to the manufacturer’s warranty period over and beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.  If during the extended period, services are required due to defects, Mattress Source will repair or replace the defective merchandise at company discretion.  Replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend the duration of the limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.  Mattress sest must be clean.   This warranty is given by Mattress Source only to the initial consumer purchaser and is not transferable.  The Extended Warranty applies to mattresses purchased in sets only.  Customers must provide proof of purchase to validate this service policy.  If identical materials are not available at the time of the repair or replacement, Mattress Source reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.   Floor samples, as is and discontinued models do not apply.
